We are now on Deliveroo so if you live in Hitchin you can order for delivery straight from our kitchen to your door. Due to the latest government restrictions any alcohol purchase must be delivered and not collected. So if you would like a drink with your food simply order via our new delivery partner Deliveroo.
How do I order?
You have 2 options, if you wish to have it delivered to you in Hitchin then place your order by Deliveroo you can also order cocktails, wines and beer via Deliveroo.
If you want to collect yourself please call us 01462 433603 from 3pm (Friday & Saturday) to place your order for food only. You can also email us in advance on reservations@hermitagerd.co.uk
Must I order in advance?
At this time we are requesting all orders for collection be made in advance so that we are able to manage the social distancing measures we have put in place. Drop us an email on reservations@hermitagerd.co.uk give us a call from 3pm on the day, or order by Deliveroo for delivery.
How do I pay?
We will take payment over the phone for any orders over £50. Otherwise it will be contactless payments on collection. We are not taking cash payments at this time.
Can I buy drinks?
Yes but due to new govenerment restrictions if you are ordering alcoholic drinks that must be for delivery only, so please order by our delivery partner Deliveroo.
How do I collect my order?
Once you have placed your order you will be given a collection time. Please be prompt as we are staggering our collection times to allow for us to keep to the social distancing guidelines. We ask you not to enter the building until your collection time and then to follow all signage upstairs to the bar area at Hermitage rd.
